Usage is metered by the actual work the AI does, shown as approximate messages. A long or complex request counts a bit more than a short one. Studio messages cover writing inside Work Republic; Agent messages cover ask-my-agent and visitor chat on your public profile.

AI message allowances reset on daily, weekly, and monthly windows (calendar-based, UTC). Content caps like résumés and project posts are totals, not monthly allowances.
