There isn't one waiting at checkout, because there is no checkout. You don't add a card, nothing turns into a paid plan on its own, and your resume exports as a PDF without a watermark. Free is limited by volume: 1 resume, 1 tailored resume for the life of the account, 3 project posts, 15 MB of storage and about 17 Studio and 100 Agent AI messages a month.

We meter the work the AI actually does and show it as approximate messages, so you never have to think in tokens. A quick question costs less than rewriting a whole resume, so the number is an average, not a fixed price per send. There are two separate allowances: Studio covers the AI you work with while editing, and Agent covers the questions visitors ask the agent on your public page. Those questions count toward your allowance, not theirs.

Only the AI pauses. Your resume, your PDF exports and your published page keep working. Allowances reset on daily, weekly and monthly windows in UTC, not on your billing date, and the chat tells you when it reopens. Unused messages don't roll over. If you can't wait, upgrade, or buy an AI Pack in Settings: $6.99 once for about 22 more Studio messages, which don't expire while you keep your account. A pack tops up the Studio only, not your public agent.

No. Tailored resumes are counted when you create them: 1 per account on Free, 20 per calendar month on Pro. Deleting one clears it from your list, not from the count, so save the Free one for the job you want most. On Free, a tailored resume can only be deleted seven days after you create it.

Only the price and how often you're billed. Pro is the same plan on all three: $16.99 a month, $34.99 every three months (about $11.66 a month) or $72.00 a year (about $6.00 a month). Each renews automatically at the end of its period until you cancel. If we ever change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it affects your subscription.

Yes, from Settings, without emailing anyone. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for and you aren't charged again. Then you're back on Free: nothing is deleted and your published page stays online. You just can't add more than Free allows.

If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying without giving a reason. A subscription is refunded minus the share of the period you've already used; an AI Pack is refunded for the part you haven't used. After those 14 days we don't refund partial periods or unused messages, unless the law requires it or the service didn't work as described.

Polar, our merchant of record. It processes the payment, adds any tax that applies where you live, such as VAT, and sends you the invoice. Prices here are in US dollars, and checkout shows the final amount, taxes included, before you pay.
